Each one of our vehicles carry the East River Energy name and one of our courteous professional drivers will present themselves in a clean, presentable uniform including a photo identification card.

Automatic Delivery

At East River Energy, heating oil deliveries are calculated and scheduled automatically by our computerized degree day system. With our cellular dispatch systems and state of the art technology, were a moment away from our drivers and technicians ensuring expedience, full tanks and quick repairs. Automatic delivery is the most convenient way to heat your home. You never have to check your oil tank gauge. We do it all.

Will Call Delivery

If you are a Will Call customer, you are responsible for monitoring your own tank and are requested to call for a delivery 48 hours in advance, especially during extremely cold weather conditions. We recommend you schedule a delivery when your tank level is at 1/4 full. If you allow your tank to run out of fuel, we will make a delivery as soon as possible during regular delivery hours, Monday through Friday. If you run out of oil during the weekend or after hours, we will deliver and start your system for an additional charge.

However, whether you choose automatic or will call, rest assured that East River Energy will provide the level of service you have come to expect from "Your Energy Partner."
